•Returns and refunds are considered on a case by case basis on classes.

•No returns or refunds given on completed or in progress custom orders once the glass/supplies are acquired.

•I retain the right to refuse service or cancel an order. If this becomes necessary you will be notified. Situations that would cause a cancellation would include but are not limited to ignoring safety rules in the studio or inability to obtain suitable supplies for a repair or restoration or custom order.
